  • 破損リスクを避けたい場合は、箱なしセットのご注文をおすすめします。

  • 収納箱の破損は補償対象外です。

• 関税・輸入税・通関手続きについて

  • 関税・輸入税・通関に関する確認および費用はすべてお客様のご負担となります。

• 海外発送に伴うトラブルについて

  • 破損・紛失・遅延・通関不可など、国内発送後に発生したトラブルは補償対象外です。

• 転送サービスをご利用の場合

  • 再梱包や保管環境により破損が生じる可能性があります。

  • 国外発送後の状態は当店で確認できないため、補償対象外です。

  • 破損等による返品・交換は、商品が国内にある場合に限り、国内お届け先到着後7日以内のご連絡で対応いたします。

• 国ごとの輸入規制について

  • 国や地域によっては輸入が制限されている場合があります。

  • 事前に必ず発送先国の輸入規制をご確認ください。

  • Damage to the packaging is not covered by our warranty.

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and related procedures are the responsibility of the customer.

• Troubles During International Shipping

  • We are unable to compensate for any damage, loss, delays, or customs-related issues that occur after the product has left Japan.

• When Using Forwarding Services

  • Damage may occur due to repackaging or storage conditions.

  • We cannot confirm the condition of the product after it leaves Japan, so it is not covered by our warranty.

  • Returns or exchanges due to damage are only accepted if the product is still in Japan and reported within 7 days of delivery to the domestic address.

• Import Restrictions by Country

  • Some countries or regions may have restrictions on imports.
