• 海外発送に伴うトラブル（破損・紛失・遅延・通関不可など）は、当店では補償いたしかねます。

• 転送サービスをご利用の場合、
  再梱包・保管環境などにより破損が生じる可能性があります。
  国内発送後の状態は当店で確認できないため、保証対象外となります。
  破損等による返品交換はご注文いただいた際のお届け先ご住所に到着後7日以内のご連絡に限ります。

• 国によって輸入が制限されている場合がございます。
  事前に必ず、発送先の規制をご確認ください。

please make sure to read the following information.

• Customs duties, import taxes, and customs procedures must be confirmed and paid by the customer.

• We are unable to provide compensation for any issues related to overseas shipping, such as damage, loss, delays, or customs rejection.

• If you use a forwarding service, please be aware that damage may occur due to repacking or storage conditions.
  Since we cannot check the condition of the item after it is delivered within Japan, such cases are not covered by our warranty.
  Returns or exchanges due to damage are only accepted within 7 days after the item arrives at the original delivery address within Japan.

• Some countries may have import restrictions on certain products.
  Please be sure to check the regulations of the destination country in advance.
